A casual comment at a club meeting a few months ago has led to a new venture within the club. I noticed that we were getting a few new members wanting to put their older motorcycles on Historic Registration and I asked if any would be interested in specific bike runs. Many thanks to Bob Crocker and Martha Gorr for stepping up and we have just had the first club motorcycle run. I was fantastic to see 16 riders, including several visitors, meet at the AM PM servo and set off on a loop through Ashbourne, Mt Compass, Victor Harbor, Clayton Bay and Milang. Lunch was pre-arranged at the Wohlers store in Victor.
We can hope that this is just the start of things to come.
