Ladies Day Outing - High Tea at Mt Barker

Apparently there has been little interest in the High Tea at Mount Barker, (see below) If you intend on going please ring or contact Mike Greenwood within the next 24 hours. Otherwise this event will need to be canceled and this poor lady will be left holding the food bill as food has apparently been ordered or a non refundable deposit has been paid by one of our members. Thankyou and I hope they get a few more interested

Male Members I ask that you please tell your wife about this email so we can at least try and get some more people attending. If ladies do not attend, then this may have to be turned into a club event to help out.

Lynne Hall has kindly offered her lovely home as the venue

$30 per head to be paid on the day

Dietary requirements need to be informed on day of booking (an extra cost of $10)

ATTENDANCE NUMBERS BY September 15th for catering requirements

Ladies attending to meet at Coleman Terrace at 9.30am

and will be assisted by Vivien Pegler to travel to Mt Barker
