Ashbourne Picnic Day

This Sunday is our Ashbourne Picnic day, that we have with Victor Harbour group, there will also be another car club attending, for all those members going we will be taking the trailer out and a generator to have hot water for tea and Coffees etc.

The club will provide tea, coffee & milk but ask for hygienic reasons if members could please bring their own coffee cups, We do have a few available, but if you can bring your own, this would be much appreciated.

We will have the marquee out there, but ask that you please bring your own chairs, food & drinks, even a picnic rug if you wish to sit on the grass. I hear you say "what about the weather" well I am happy to report the weather is going to get better each day between now and Sunday, tomorrow we may get a sprinkle of rain, (Doubtful) but Friday is 19 degrees with no rain, Sat is 25 degrees and no rain, and for Sunday we are expecting a top of 28 degrees and sunny and definitely no rain. So you might want to pop in sunscreen and a hat. I think mother nature has woken up to it being November and she needs to put on some sunshine.

Don't forget to shine up your classics as Shannon's are going to be attending and will be looking for the best classic on the field. So remember if going you must take everything plus a coffee cup if requiring tea & coffee. We ask that members make their own way out to Ashbourne from 9.45 onwards. and look for our marquee. You're welcome to dress up if you desire.
