SACC Memorial Show n Shine Trophy Day

This is held each year and trophies are given to the best car in each class and then we have an overall winner. Cars are needed for this, so please mark your calendar for Sunday 21st November and get those beautiful classics out. We really would like as many club members and their classics on this special day. This day was created for all the members who have unfortunately passed away, and we do a trophy day to remember them and their contribution to our club. Our last one was held 2 years ago and was a wonderful day and a huge success, thanks to the members who brought along their classic's and were part of this day.  WE NEED CARS!!!!

As most of you know, we couldn't hold this last year due to covid.We are going to push forward, in the hope all stays the way it is now and hopefully have this special day. If Covid happens to flare up, then of course we will cancel without hesitation. For all the newer members, this day is held in memory of all the past members who have been a part of our club and are no longer with us. We want, as many members, to take part on this day. 2019 was fabulous and we had so many members turn out, it really was good to see. Please find attached the rules and regulation, plus your registration form. This year we do have a food and coffee van arranged. So you'll be able to buy your lunch. If anyone has any questions about this event, please don't hesitate to contact myself or any of the wonderful committee.

Have a great week and I hope over the next few weeks, I start seeing plenty of registration forms rolling in. I have had 12 members come forward with their nominations for the memorial day in November. It's really sad to think we have over 300 members in our club, and out of the 12 I have already received, half of these nominations are from the committee. I am really hoping you as members are waiting till closer to the day to nominate otherwise this really important event will not go ahead.

So come on guys please get those forms filled out, so we know where we are heading with the organisation of this event. I have attached both forms again to this email.
